Fambul Tok team on the 24th February 2022, facilitated a refresher training for Community Welfare and Mediation Committee (CWMC) nominees in Kanilo village in the Upper Pokolie section, Kissi Tongi chiefdom, #Kailahun district in eastern Sierra Leone. In his welcome statement chief Bannah thanked Fambul Tok for their timely intervention in his section adding that there are a lot of challenges facing the section ranging from poor road network to unsafe drinking water. He hopes that with the training of CWMC members, developments and sustainable peace will be realised. At the end of the training, CWMC nominees voted in their new executive and agreed on a date and venue for their first rotational meeting.
